Real Estate Gurugram provides paid membership plans that allow property owners, brokers, and agencies to submit and manage property listings on our platform.

By purchasing a membership plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Payment deducted but membership plan was not activated.

  • Technical error caused by the platform that prevented service delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Membership plan has already been activated.

  • Property listing has been submitted using the purchased plan.

  • Property listing has been reviewed, approved, or published.

  • User purchased the wrong plan by mistake.

  • User changes their mind after successful purchase.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact our support team with:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests will be reviewed individually.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Membership Cancellation

Users may stop using their membership at any time. However, cancellation of a membership plan does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Changes to This Policy

Real Estate Gurugram reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
