By registering on our website and submitting your property listing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. User Registration
Any property owner, broker, seller, builder, or agency can register on our website. Users are responsible for providing correct name, mobile number, email address, and profile details.

2. Property Listing Submission
Users can submit property details through the website dashboard after purchasing a valid membership package. Property details must be accurate and genuine.

3. Payment & Membership
Property listing is available only after successful payment of the selected membership package. Package validity, listing limit, and pricing will be shown on the membership page.

4. Listing Approval
All submitted properties will be reviewed manually by the Real Estate Gurugram team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing if the information is incorrect, misleading, duplicate, or suspicious.

5. Approval Time
We try to review and approve submitted property listings within 24 hours, but approval may take longer in some cases.

6. Property Accuracy
The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of property price, location, images, ownership details, availability, and other information submitted on the website.

7. Prohibited Listings
Fake properties, duplicate listings, misleading prices, copied images, illegal properties, and incomplete property details are not allowed.

8. Listing Expiry
Property listings will remain active as per the selected membership package duration. After expiry, the listing may be removed or marked as expired.

9. Refund Policy
Membership charges are generally non-refundable once the property listing is submitted or approved. Refunds may be considered only in case of payment failure or technical error.

10. Contact & Communication
By registering on our website, users agree to receive communication from Real Estate Gurugram through phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS regarding their listing, enquiries, membership, and services.

11. Changes to Terms
Real Estate Gurugram may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
